- Produce training and product support videos (e.g., Help Center tutorials, hardware demos, product walkthroughs) to support client success and adoption.
- Assist with webinars and live session streaming, ensuring smooth technical setup and providing creative direction.
- Manage the full video workflow: pre-production, filming, and post-production.
- Occasionally conduct on-camera interviews in English with confidence.
- Capture and package marketing highlights from events, creating content that can be repurposed across channels.
- Produce graphics and creative assets — both video-based and non-video — aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support broader marketing projects when needed, such as campaign asset creation or website content updates.
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience in video production — from concept and planning through filming, editing, and delivery.
- Experience with broader visual content creation — able to design graphics, motion assets, static visuals, and other creative materials.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills — prepared to handle logistics such as client communication, scheduling, and equipment preparation.
- Collaborative mindset — comfortable working closely with marketing, sales, and client success teams.
- Ability to translate stakeholder input into impactful content.
- Confident communicator in English, comfortable in on-site and in interview settings.
- Creative and adaptable — able to balance structured client-facing projects with more playful internal storytelling.
- Comfortable presenting ideas, drafts, and progress updates in team settings.
