SEEK is hiring a Senior Product Designer on a 10-month fixed term contract, reporting to the Design Lead, Selection. You will join the team focused on the Post-Apply Selection space, designing end-to-end hiring experiences for hirers across eight markets in Asia-Pacific. Your mission will be to translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead UX and design activities within your squad from problem framing through to detailed interaction design and high-fidelity delivery.
- Design clear and intuitive workflows that support complex hiring decisions and collaboration between hirers.
- Produce high-quality visual design and interaction specifications that enable engineers to deliver polished product experiences.
- Advocate for the user by grounding design decisions in research, data and product insights.
- Partner closely with Product Manager, Tech Lead and other designers to shape product ideas, understand trade-offs and deliver practical solutions.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on product outcomes, user feedback and success metrics.
- Communicate insights and design solutions clearly through strong storytelling and visual artefacts.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across brands and markets.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in interaction design and designing complex product workflows.
- Excellent visual design craft and attention to detail.
- Experience producing high-fidelity screen designs and clear interaction specifications.
- Experience using prototyping tools to communicate behavior and transitions.
- Ability to translate research insights and product requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with design systems and creating scalable UI patterns.
- Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills for working with distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for online marketplaces or complex interaction systems.
- Experience designing SaaS or enterprise-style applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or AI-powered product experiences.
