ABC Fitness Solutions is hiring a Junior UX Designer

The Junior UX Designer will work within the Product Design team, partnering with R&D, Engineering, and Product Management to develop user-centered design solutions across the product suite. This role contributes to user research, usability testing, and the design system, transforming user needs and business goals into clear, scalable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Design objectives as part of the design function
• Collaborate with R&D to deliver UX solutions across digital products
• Work alongside SIC, Engineering, and Product Management to turn user needs and business goals into usable, scalable experiences
• Address complex challenges for gym operators and their members through user-centered, detail-focused design
• Apply knowledge of UX patterns, interaction principles, and design systems, adapting them to different contexts
• Plan, conduct, and assist in user research and usability testing to guide design improvements
• Use an iterative, evidence-based approach during discovery, definition, and delivery while working closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Help maintain and evolve the Design System by contributing to component creation and ensuring consistent use across web and mobile platforms

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a UX designer, preferably in a product-based environment
• Proficiency with Figma and Miro
• Creative thinking and strong motivation to learn and grow
