ABC Fitness Solutions is hiring a Junior UX Designer to join our Product Design function. In this role, you will support design priorities and collaborate closely with our R&D teams to deliver user-centered solutions across our product suite. Your core focus will be translating the needs of gym operators and their members into clear, usable, and scalable experiences.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the R&D team to deliver UX design solutions across the product suite.
• Partner with SIC, Engineering, and Product Management to translate user needs and business requirements into clear, usable, and scalable experiences.
• Contribute to solving complex problems for gym operators and their members through thoughtful, detail-oriented, user-centered design.
• Apply a solid working knowledge of established UX patterns, interaction principles, and design systems, adapting them appropriately.
• Plan, conduct, and support user research and usability testing, using insights to inform design decisions.
• Take an iterative, evidence-led approach throughout discovery, definition, and delivery, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Share ownership of the Design System, contributing to the creation, maintenance, and consistent application of components across web and mobile platforms.

What We're Looking For

• 6 months to 2 years of experience working as a UX designer.
• Experience working on Figma and Miro.
• Creative mindset and zest to learn new things.

Nice to Have

• Experience preferably in a product-based company.
