A CX Consultancy within the Dentsu Network seeks a Lead UX Designer to design seamless digital experiences. The candidate should have a strong attention to detail, expertise in user-centered design, and the ability to turn complex needs into intuitive, elegant solutions.
Responsibilities
- Produce essential design deliverables including personas, user journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Plan and carry out usability testing and user research interviews as project needs arise
- Design clear and effective solutions for intricate, large-scale projects across multiple platforms
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving design challenges
- Lead and manage independent project teams or squads
- Work effectively within team settings while also driving design work independently when necessary
- Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and developers as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Stay current with emerging design tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency
- Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration and promoting strong design standards
- Grasp client business goals and convert them into actionable digital experience strategies
- Oversee the implementation of digital experience strategies from concept to execution
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by using task management systems
- Present design concepts and solutions directly to clients
- Keep informed about evolving trends in design and technology, innovating when appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of professional experience in UX design
- Skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design process, outcomes, and iterative learning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-moving and collaborative work environment
