Aleph is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our AI-native FP&A platform. You'll join early, work closely with leadership, and play a key role in designing delightful user experiences across the web app and productivity suite add-ins.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end design process for multiple interfaces (web app, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office add-ins) and ensure a delightful, consistent user experience.
- Work alongside the CEO, CTO and team to define product strategy, owning the process to research, ideate, prototype and test designs.
- Help establish best practices to lay the foundation for a high-performing design team and its culture.
- Engage with users to deeply understand their needs, validate design decisions, and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience, owning design across the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
- Startup experience, or experience thriving in an unstructured, ambiguous environment.
- Proven experience taking complex ideas and turning them into a simple user experience.
- Experience with a B2B SaaS product or a data product.
- Ownership mentality with past experience owning a product or meaningful feature from end to end.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, tight-knit team with little support structure.
- Comfortable and eager to meet customers to develop an empathetic understanding of their problems.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing add-ins for Microsoft Office / Google Workspace products.
- Experience building and iterating on UI components using frontend technologies (such as React, HTML/CSS, or similar).
