Agiloft is seeking a VP of Product Design to provide strategic leadership for our global design practice. You will define the vision and direction for the user experience across our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse customer base.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic vision, planning, and execution of all product design initiatives
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global design team
- Establish and drive design processes, standards, and systems for consistency and quality
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to align design with business goals
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product design, with 5+ years in a senior design leadership role
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-impact design teams
- Deep expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and design systems
- Experience leading design for complex enterprise SaaS products
- Strong ability to communicate design strategy and influence cross-functional stakeholders
