Blanc Labs is looking for a Senior UX Designer for a contract position. You will join a team focused on creating effective and user-centric digital products.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for complex digital projects
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio
- Demonstrated expertise in user research, interaction design, and information architecture
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience working in Agile or similar development environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design rationale clearly
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for enterprise-level applications or financial services
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and constraints
- Experience conducting remote user testing sessions
- Fluency in English for professional collaboration
Work Mode
This is a fully remote contract position open to candidates based in Colombia or Argentina.
