Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of core product features, guiding ideas from concept to coded implementation using AI agents like Claude for rapid prototyping and interface development.
- Partner with software engineers to implement front-end components and enhance usability through iterative feedback.
- Work alongside product managers, business teams, and design peers to shape product requirements and craft solutions balancing user needs and strategic objectives.
- Carry out user research, usability evaluations, and feedback collection to continuously refine and optimize user experiences.
- Create and deliver high-quality interface designs for both web and mobile applications, prioritizing intuitive and engaging interactions across devices.
- Take ownership of evolving the user experience output within a product team, aligning closely with engineering counterparts.
- Present design proposals, interactive prototypes, and working demos to cross-functional stakeholders, addressing questions on UX, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Support team members and promote a positive, values-driven culture through collaboration and constructive engagement.
- Adapt professionally and respectfully to changing work environments and challenges, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
