Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end game production, aligning multidisciplinary teams to maintain development speed and meet quality benchmarks without sacrificing creative goals. Apply practical judgment, prioritize effectively, and use modern tools to strengthen team capabilities. Focus on online-first titles, requiring strong coordination across development areas, rigorous testing oversight, and consistent attention to player experience.
- Lead and develop a talented internal team while managing relationships with external partners including QA vendors, freelance contributors, and co-development studios.
- Provide flexible leadership through changes in project scope or direction. Help teams evaluate insights from research, playtesting, and technical findings. Enable decision-making on whether new ideas improve the game. Maintain team focus during periods of ambiguity. Support a culture of rapid iteration, where features are frequently added, removed, or reworked based on feedback from early trailers through to launch.
