Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain process control systems for the fuel recycling facility, including scaling and ongoing monitoring.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams involved in facility layout, process equipment design, and regulatory licensing.
- Create control systems that comply with both operational and regulatory standards.
- Establish and document the facility's control strategy, including defining critical control parameters, setpoints, and operational logic.
- Produce and evaluate technical control documentation such as instrument loops, logic diagrams, cause-and-effect charts, and interlock designs.
- Develop and manage alarm and control methodologies, including prioritization, thresholds, and functional descriptions to enhance safety and operator response.
- Specify the architecture of control systems, including hardware, software, and networking components for DCS, PLC, and HMI platforms.
- Prepare technical materials required for submission to regulatory authorities.

- Remote employees are required to travel to the Santa Clara, CA headquarters twice per quarter, based on business or team needs, including for team meetings, off-sites, and company events.
