TetraScience is seeking a Senior PreSales Solution Architect to act as the primary technical leader for scientific end-users, designing and delivering solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech customers in New York. You will bridge business objectives and technical execution, focusing on understanding customer needs and accelerating product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact across strategic accounts.
- Manage lifecycle engagement and adoption acceleration from presales to delivery.
- Conduct technical health and risk management.
- Perform strategic planning and stakeholder management across sales, product management, and engineering teams.
- Provide sales enablement and growth support.
- Build deep and wide technical and scientific senior relationships.
- Deeply understand customer scientific data and AI architecture and goals.
- Provide proactive, prescriptive technical guidance as a trusted advisor.
- Drive adoption and success plan execution.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and identify risks and optimizations.
- Lead technical strategy for expansions and support proofs of concept and co-innovation.
- Manage resolution for escalated issues.
- Map business requirements to technical solutions.
- Determine potential return on investment for proposed solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, sales teams, and technical teams.
- Work with science and technology partners such as Databricks and Google.
- Collaborate with clients and sales teams to reach beneficial agreements.
- Develop a deep understanding of TetraScience's product and service offerings.
- Design and showcase tailored demonstrations to prospects.
- Contribute to requests for proposal and requests for information with detailed technical specifications and solutions.
- Ensure projects are kept on track and within scope.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of presales activities.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a PreSales Solution Architect or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Deep expertise in mapping business requirements to technical solutions for scientific or data-intensive industries.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience conducting technical reviews, managing risks, and optimizing customer solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build senior-level technical and scientific relationships.
- Experience leading technical strategy for account expansions and supporting proofs of concept.
- Ability to determine return on investment for proposed technical solutions.
- Familiarity with working alongside technology partners.
- Strong skills in designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations.
- Experience contributing to RFPs and RFIs with detailed technical content.
- Excellent project coordination and scope management skills.
