Role Overview
As a Senior PPC Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end paid advertising initiatives, shaping high-impact campaigns across search and social platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and fine-tune PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads, ensuring peak performance
- Develop and execute advertising strategies that respond to market shifts and business priorities
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, track KPIs, and guide optimization decisions
- Oversee budget distribution across channels, maximizing ROI while maintaining scalability
- Stay current with evolving ad technologies, platform updates, and AI-driven tools
- Partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Maintain accurate tracking setups in compliance with privacy and industry standards
What You Bring
- Minimum of three years of direct experience managing paid campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to guide strategy
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and automation platforms such as N8N
- Proactive approach to execution, with attention to detail and workflow efficiency
