Scarpel Telecom is looking for a Senior Player Operations Manager to shape and drive the vision for all Player Operations areas. In this role, you will be instrumental in proactively creating, implementing, and optimizing the strategic roadmap for the entire Player Operations Department.
What You'll Do
- Define, optimize, and drive the strategy and vision for all Player Operations areas, including Customer Verification, Risk Assessment, and Payments Management.
- Develop and refine KPIs that effectively measure the performance and impact of Player Operations.
- Own the end-to-end smooth operation of Player Operations teams across all partners.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional departments to drive the creation, implementation, and optimization of the Player Operations roadmap.
- Create, analyze, optimize, and manage comprehensive reports for the Player Operations teams.
- Lead the Player Operations department in maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and player trust.
- Oversee all AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry) activities across partners, ensuring the AMOE crediting process is accurate and timely.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience defining and driving operational strategy and vision.
- Deep expertise in Player Operations areas such as Customer Verification, Risk Assessment, and Payments Management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs and managing performance reports.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on maintaining operational integrity.
