Jobgether is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer (DevOps) to join our fast-paced engineering team. You'll be responsible for designing and building reliable, secure, and scalable platforms that accelerate development and strengthen system resilience.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions to streamline deployment, availability, and operations.
- Continuously enhance infrastructure to be secure, scalable, fault-tolerant, and easy to deploy.
- Build and maintain tools, microservices, and automation to support development, test, and production environments.
- Automate operational processes to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Implement automated testing and monitoring for infrastructure integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, SRE, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document solutions and troubleshooting processes for complex systems.
- Build CI/CD solutions to enable faster, more reliable deployments.
- Establish and promote DevOps best practices within the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, AI tools, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Shell/Bash.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform, JFrog, and CloudFormation.
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems (Ubuntu/CentOS) and network administration.
- Experience with SQL, Postgres, Elasticsearch, or Redis.
- Expertise in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm) and Helm charts.
- Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).
- Experience with cloud networking (DNS, WAF, Security Groups, NACL) and user management (IAM, STS, roles, groups).
- Knowledge of CI/CD platforms like GitLab CI, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with observability tools and monitoring platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
