At Jobgether, the Senior Consultant I, Solution Architecture is a strategic and client-facing role responsible for designing innovative solutions and guiding customers through complex technology and process transformations. This position blends technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management, requiring a balance of deep specialization and broad knowledge.

What You'll Do

Build long-term trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor for enterprise technology initiatives.
Develop and deliver multi-year solution roadmaps aligned with customer business goals and KPIs.
Design robust integrations between platforms, leveraging Atlassian, partner technologies, and internal frameworks to reduce friction.
Provide architectural oversight for enterprise-scale implementations, guiding clients through complex technical and process decisions.
Lead change management strategies and adoption planning to ensure successful implementation.
Mentor and guide consultants and architects, contributing to team knowledge and capability development.
Produce reusable assets, frameworks, and best practice guides that enhance team efficiency.
Represent solutions and thought leadership externally through webinars, demonstrations, and community engagement.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent in technical consulting or solutions architecture.
Proven expertise in guiding customers through enterprise technology transformations and complex change initiatives.
Deep specialization in at least one domain: Enterprise Strategy & Planning, Enterprise Service Management, World-Class Software Development, or related areas.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to design and communicate complex solutions effectively.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to present technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to influence and mentor internal teams and customer counterparts.
Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure), web technologies, APIs, and SSO/identity management.

Nice to Have

Multiple Atlassian certifications preferred (ACP, Atlassian Certified Master).
Industry certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Agile (SAFe), ITIL, DevOps, or Change Management are highly desirable.
