EX Squared is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Business Analyst to leverage deep industry expertise in a remote capacity. You will play a key role in analyzing complex pharmacy business processes and driving improvements.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and document pharmacy business requirements, workflows, and systems.
- Elicit and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Develop models, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and proposals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, claims processing, and PBM systems.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located and authorized to work in Alabama.
