As Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of scaling and refining paid search strategies, primarily across Google Ads, with expansion into Bing, YouTube, Demand Gen, and experimental channels like ChatGPT Ads. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition and conversion for SME lending services.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for Bing Paid Search to complement existing Google campaigns
- Launch, monitor, and refine campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Google Demand Generation
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across keywords, creatives, and landing pages
- Improve campaign efficiency through rigorous account management—refining negative keywords, enhancing ad relevance, and optimizing extensions
- Collaborate on A/B testing for landing pages using Webflow, ensuring alignment with campaign goals
- Generate data-backed insights to guide testing strategies and campaign direction
- Create and refine ad copy and creative briefs that align with brand voice and performance goals
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders using internal and platform data
- Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting in Looker
What We’re Looking For
You bring 2–3 years of direct experience managing Google Ads at scale, with a sharp analytical mindset and a proven ability to turn data into action. You’re comfortable designing and interpreting tests—A/B, multivariate, and geo-based—to drive continuous improvement. Strong writing skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the initiative to identify opportunities without waiting for direction.
Ideally, you’ve managed six-figure monthly budgets and have some familiarity with Bing Ads or emerging advertising platforms. Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus. You communicate clearly across teams and levels, stay organized under shifting priorities, and bring a commercial perspective to every decision.
