To lead this effort, we are seeking a Senior Partner in Strategy Consulting. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic vision, building and managing a high-performing consulting team, and delivering impactful projects for key clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape Talan's presence in the Banking & Finance sector. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, client relationship management, and project delivery, with a focus on expanding our global footprint and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will be organized along 3 dimensions as per below: Sector Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement strategies to expand Talan's global consulting activities in the Banking & Finance sector - Identify and pursue market opportunities to generate new opportunities - Collaborate with local and international teams to align strategies and initiatives Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide - Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting commitments Project Delivery and P&L Ownership - Oversee the content, planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects - Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality across your Global sector - Support the recruitment of our teams #TalanFrance
