Wawanesa is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead the development and execution of strategies that will guide our organization through transformational change. You will act as a strategic partner, helping our workforce adapt and build resilience.
What You'll Do
- Lead change management efforts for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Assess people impacts and develop tailored change plans through stakeholder analysis and project reviews.
- Implement strategic change plans aligned with business goals and project milestones.
- Manage and execute change deliverables and standardize OCM practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Communications, and other internal partners to align and integrate change efforts.
- Develop KPIs and feedback mechanisms to measure change success and workforce resilience.
- Coach leaders on change leadership and engaging diverse teams.
- Promote “culturally aware” change strategies that consider regional differences.
- Build the reputation of the OCM function by demonstrating its value in organizational initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of eight years of experience in organizational change management or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in organizational psychology, commerce, communications, or a related field.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in large-scale change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills in complex environments.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Culturally aware and able to navigate regional nuances in change management.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
- Passionate about enabling people through change.
