About the Role
The role involves leading functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives with a focus on financial operations and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Procurement
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing phases
- Provide subject matter expertise during integration with other cloud modules
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for client teams
- Support data migration activities including mapping and validation
- Assist in defining reporting structures and financial dashboards
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution alignment
- Document functional designs and configuration decisions
- Participate in agile project delivery cycles
- Manage change requests and track resolution
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
- Guide clients on best practices for financial process optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues post-go-live
Nice to Have
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs
- Prior consulting firm experience
- Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
