Responsibilities
- Provide skilled and reliable nursing services to research participants in their home environments.
- Deliver consistent, high-standard clinical care while ensuring strict adherence to study protocols through detailed review and documentation during each patient visit.
- Give investigational treatments as specified in the study plan; conduct patient evaluations to detect adverse effects and report findings to the Principal Investigator.
- Carry out clinical procedures defined in the study protocol, such as measuring vital signs, collecting samples, and performing electrocardiograms; prepare and ship specimens according to protocol requirements.
- Educate patients on medication dosage, administration techniques, and disease management to support informed participation in the study.
- Follow clinical research guidelines and ethical standards to safeguard participant welfare and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Maintain clear, respectful, and consistent communication with patients, caregivers, and research team members.

Responsibilities
- Deliver competent, high-quality nursing care to study patients in their homes.
- Accountable for the competent and confident delivery of high-quality clinical care to patients/participants. Ensure compliance with each study’s protocol by providing thorough review and documentation at each subject study visit.
- Administer investigational medications/products as needed; Perform patient assessments to determine presence of side effects; notify Principal Investigator of findings/issues.
- Perform medical tests as outlined in protocol, including, but not limited to: vital signs, specimen collection, electrocardiograms; Process specimens and ship specimens per protocol.
- Provide patient education and medical information to study patients to ensure understanding of proper medication dosage, administration, and disease treatment.
- Responsible for adherence to clinical research policies to ensure ethical conduct and protect vulnerable populations.
- Communicate effectively, promoting open and trusting relationships.
