Binance is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our Fiat Payment operations. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless execution and reliability of payment processes for millions of users worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the end-to-end operational workflow for fiat payment channels.
- Drive operational excellence, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
- Develop and implement robust processes to ensure high service reliability and user satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience in payment operations, fintech, or a related financial services field.
- Deep understanding of fiat payment systems, regulations, and industry trends across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive operational decisions.
- Excellent project management and process optimization capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in and legally authorized to work in one of the following regions: Taiwan (Taipei), South East Asia (Thailand/Bangkok, Indonesia/Jakarta), Japan (Tokyo), UAE (Dubai), or South Korea (Seoul).
