Responsibilities: - Manage daily business operations overseeing teams up to 150 full-time employees, reporting directly to Vice President - Manage client relationships as primary point of contact, providing performance updates and presenting comprehensive business reviews - Collaborate with team leaders to ensure staff possess necessary skills and knowledge for success - Consistently achieve key performance indicators and resolve business challenges innovatively - Demonstrate proven capability to scale operations, drive performance management, and enhance employee retention Requirements: - B2 English proficiency or higher - Minimum two years managing call center supervisors; BPO experience preferred - Minimum one year client management experience - Bachelor's degree in business administration or management (preferred) - Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities Job Expectations: - Position located on-site at California offices - Maintain flexible, adaptable scheduling aligned with client requirements Do you possess the qualifications to become a Senior Operations Manager?
