Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated tests according to the UAT Plan, aligned with established test strategy and using approved tools such as TOSCA.
- Ensure full coverage of test scope and test cases, verifying requirements are met within agreed timelines.
- Identify and report defects during UAT, participate in defect resolution meetings, and perform retesting as needed.
- Analyze and review UAT test outcomes, then distribute relevant testing metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive UAT documentation, including sign-offs, to support audit trail requirements.
- Support operational readiness by delivering training on new systems or enhancements to relevant operations and business teams.
- Provide assistance to operations users following system implementation.
