United Overseas Bank is seeking a Senior Officer, WORC to join our team. You will be responsible for managing both manual and automated test execution for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the quality and readiness of our systems. What You'll Do
- Handle Manual/Automated Test Execution using TOSCA or other Bank-approved tools as per the UAT plan.
- Ensure all test scope and test cases are executed to fulfil specified requirements within the agreed timeline.
- Report defects discovered in UAT, attend defect calls, and participate in the defect management and retest process.
- Review UAT test results and publish test metrics.
- Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the audit trail.
- Provide operational readiness support and conduct training on new systems or enhancements for impacted users.
- Provide post-implementation support to operations users.
