Lead the end-to-end onboarding of clients in the Alternative Investment Fund space, covering real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure sectors. You will coordinate the development of fee proposals and respond to RFPs with precision and strategic insight.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication throughout the onboarding lifecycle. You'll lead meetings, track progress, and deliver a seamless transition from setup to operational handover.
Team Leadership & Operations
Manage daily team activities, providing guidance, feedback, and escalation support when challenges arise. You’ll coach team members and help resolve internal bottlenecks, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
Compliance & Documentation Oversight
Coordinate anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, legal agreements, regulatory filings, and bank account setups. Ensure all requirements are met before transitioning clients to operational teams.
Process Improvement
Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for streamlining workflows, improving collaboration, and increasing overall team performance. Your input will help shape more effective onboarding practices.
