Huawei Telekomünikasyon Dış Ticaret Ltd is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to lead the technical execution of enterprise network projects. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle from design and planning to commissioning and support, ensuring robust network infrastructure for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Perform network project technical design and planning, including hardware supervision, commissioning, and acceptance tests.
- Provide technical remote support for network projects and deliver technical solutions directly to customers.
- Build, provision, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-level network infrastructure systems.
- Diagnose problems and create clear, actionable reports for customers and the project team.
- Coordinate project and solution implementation with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical support, problem analysis, and other required services to the company's agents and service partners.
- Support and guide service partners on technical inquiries, issue analysis, solution development, and documentation.
- Assist with and audit network designs and solutions proposed by partners and customers.
- Recognize problems requiring escalation to headquarters and track the entire process flow.
- Resolve single and cross-technology incidents independently and collaborate with team members on complex incidents.
- Plan and execute product demonstrations and proof of concept tests during the pre-sales cycle alongside the product sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Implementation experience with a range of Huawei products, including switches, routers, security appliances, network management and analysis software, and Wireless (WLAN) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level campus and data center switches, core/service/access routers, firewall and VPN gateways, IPS and IDS, AntiDDoS gateways, WLAN tools, access controllers (ACs), and access points (APs).
- Ability to provide effective technical remote support and deliver solutions to customers.
- Proven ability to build, provision, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-level network infrastructure.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to report findings clearly to customers and project teams.
- Experience coordinating project implementation with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Skill in providing technical support, conducting problem analysis, and servicing agents and partners.
- Ability to support and guide service partners on technical matters, from inquiries to documentation.
- Capability to assist with and audit network designs and solutions for partners and customers.
- Ability to identify issues requiring escalation and diligently track the resolution process.
- Competence in resolving incidents independently across single and multiple technologies, and collaborating on complex issues.
- Experience planning and executing product demonstrations and proof of concept tests in a pre-sales environment.
