Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sales initiatives for a portfolio of named enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute account growth plans to maximize revenue potential
- Conduct executive-level discussions to identify business challenges and technology needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for complex environments
- Negotiate and close multi-product, multi-year contracts
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM systems
- Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, support, and product teams
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer bases
- Serve as primary point of contact for key decision-makers
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure customer success through post-sale engagement coordination
- Advocate for customer feedback to influence product development
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Manage contract renewals and upsell initiatives
- Support strategic go-to-market launches within the territory
