About the Role

This position leads high-value customer relationships within a defined territory, focusing on expanding product adoption and securing multi-year contracts with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sales initiatives for a portfolio of named enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute account growth plans to maximize revenue potential
  • Conduct executive-level discussions to identify business challenges and technology needs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for complex environments
  • Negotiate and close multi-product, multi-year contracts
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM systems
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, support, and product teams
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer bases
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key decision-makers
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Ensure customer success through post-sale engagement coordination
  • Advocate for customer feedback to influence product development
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
