vialytics GmbH is hiring a Senior Mobile/Flutter Software Engineer (f/m/d) to play a key role in shaping the core mobile application that helps cities digitize and simplify road infrastructure management. Your mission is to drive the evolution of the app – making it robust, scalable, and intuitive – so that municipalities and partners can detect road damage automatically, streamline their workflows, and make smarter decisions.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain features that enable high-quality data capture – such as images, GPS, or sensor data – and ensure they are effectively visualized on mobile devices.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create intuitive, clean, and accessible user interfaces for both field and office use.
Ensure the app performs reliably, responds quickly, and remains consistent across both Android and iOS.
Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to ensure a stable and secure application.
Monitor app performance, gather user feedback, and drive enhancements that improve the user experience and boost operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience with Flutter/Dart in complex production-grade applications.
Experience with SQL databases.
Deep understanding of nuances related to API integrations and related technologies.
In-depth knowledge of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) and their best practices throughout the app lifecycle.
Strong understanding of native platforms (Swift/Obj-C for iOS or Kotlin/Java for Android) for implementing custom plugins and integrations when needed.
Proven track record of collaborating closely with designers and product managers to refine and improve UI/UX.
Experience in building intuitive user journeys and maintaining design consistency across screens.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques to ensure smooth and responsive user experiences.
Experience with Figma or similar tools.
