Rogo is building the future of financial AI, and we're hiring a Lead iOS Engineer to be the founding member of our mobile team. You will play a foundational role in architecting and developing our native iOS app, creating a polished experience used daily by finance professionals. This is a high-ownership role where you will set standards, ship user-facing features, and directly impact our product direction.
What You'll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain Rogo's iOS application using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
- Establish and refine mobile development practices for planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts
- Own major product features from concept to launch
- Work closely with users and Customer Success to iterate quickly and ship improvements
- Contribute to the overall architecture and direction of our mobile and frontend platforms
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
- Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI (iOS 16+), and UIKit
- Experience building polished, high-performance apps with a focus on great UX
- Comfortable working across concurrency, threading, and performance optimizations
- Excited about crafting elegant interfaces and reusable, testable components
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Passionate about building delightful AI-powered experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with backend services (REST APIs, gRPC, Server-Sent-Events)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience deploying apps in an enterprise context (Microsoft Intune, enterprise App Store etc)
- Previous experience at a fast-growing startup
- Background at a design-forward product company
- Strong interest in AI and how it can shape modern mobile workflows
