About the Role
Lead the design and development of iOS applications while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across the mobile platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of iOS features and system improvements
- Guide architectural decisions and enforce best practices in code quality
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define mobile solutions
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical coaching
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability across all iOS releases
- Drive adoption of modern development tools and testing frameworks
- Lead sprint planning and technical estimation for mobile deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments
- Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into the stack
- Maintain alignment between platform roadmap and business goals
