Cognizant is hiring a Senior iOS Developer to join our Digital Engineering practice. You will be integral to developing and building high-performing, scalable enterprise applications. You’ll work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients as part of a digital software team delivering high-demand solutions.

What You'll Do

Provide technical feasibility evaluations and assessments based on business needs.
Provide technical leadership in design finalization, code reviews, and resolving production support and maintenance issues for iOS and Android applications.
Lead the design and implementation of critical iOS and Android application components, systems, and dependencies across a full stack environment.
Mentor technical members of the team.
Contribute to the development of iOS and Android coding standards, best practices, and guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the technical roadmap.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive technical innovation.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of professional experience in native iOS and/or Android development.
1+ years of professional experience debugging and developing for both native iOS and Android applications.
Published 1+ native applications for iOS and Android.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining a complex mobile solution involving multiple stakeholders.
Proven experience in designing critical mobile features that interact with several other systems internally and externally.
Deep knowledge and understanding of software development processes in a distributed team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven team player who can mentor other technical members.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
