The Senior iOS Engineer will provide technical leadership in developing enterprise-grade mobile applications. This role includes guiding design decisions, conducting code reviews, supporting production systems, and working closely with product managers, designers, and clients to deliver digital-first solutions through an agile approach.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate technical feasibility of product requirements in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the team in design decisions, code reviews, and resolution of production and maintenance issues for iOS and Android apps.
- Drive the design and implementation of core components, systems, and dependencies across full-stack environments for mobile applications.
- Mentor team members on technical practices and development techniques.
- Help establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for iOS and Android development.
- Work with stakeholders to define and implement the technical roadmap.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and technical advancement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in native iOS or Android development.
- At least 1 year of experience debugging and developing features for both native iOS and Android applications.
- Published at least one native application on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining a complex mobile solution involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience developing critical mobile features that integrate with internal and external systems.
- Strong understanding of software development processes in distributed team environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and support other technical team members.
