Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing DTC email and multi-channel marketing campaigns with a proven track record of driving new customer acquisition.
- Deep expertise in acquisition marketing and developing lead nurture series for considered products (insurance, healthcare, etc.) that require education before purchase.
- A rigorous, data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills and the ability to leverage metrics to inform strategy.
- The ability to manage technical aspects (platform setup, troubleshooting) while contributing to creative strategy.
- You must love dogs and/or cats!
Nice to Have
- Advanced HTML and CSS coding skills for email template troubleshooting.
- Creative skills, including design and copywriting experience.
- Familiarity with multiple email platforms, especially Iterable
