Stryker Corporation is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, AI and Digital to lead the strategic development and commercialization of its portfolio in the Smart Robotics and medtech space. This remote role is pivotal in aligning innovation with go-to-market execution for maximum impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategy and execution for AI and digital solutions, incorporating competitive intelligence and customer insights into portfolio planning.
- Monitor market activity, anticipate competition, and tailor strategies to meet the needs of surgeons, OR staff, and health system executives.
- Build relationships with KOLs and translate insights into product requirements, value propositions, and marketing narratives.
- Author key strategy documents including annual marketing plans, product launch plans, and strategic roadmaps.
- Drive segmentation and positioning strategies, developing clear targeting and messaging for data and digital solutions.
- Partner with R&D, clinical, enterprise digital, and commercial teams to shape product roadmaps and the innovation pipeline.
- Lead commercialization planning including launch excellence, sales enablement, and pricing strategies.
- Provide strategic direction and enablement to the sales organization through training and development of playbooks.
- Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and success criteria for data-driven offerings.
- Forecast sales, adoption, and revenue growth, recommending proactive adjustments.
- Oversee multi-channel strategy and assess opportunities to expand reach through digital platforms.
- Ensure customer responsiveness by leveraging feedback to improve product usability and engagement.
- Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, representing the voice of the customer.
- Build thought leadership around AI, digital, and data innovation to strengthen brand credibility.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of work experience required.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex insights into go-to-market strategy.
- Experience partnering with R&D or technical teams to shape product vision.
- Deep understanding of the surgical space and/or robotics.
Nice to Have
- 7+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience in medtech, digital health, or AI-enabled products.
- Familiarity with enterprise health tech, SaaS models, or connected care ecosystems.
- Exposure to commercialization of AI, analytics, or clinical decision support tools.
Team & Environment
You will work in a matrixed environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, clinical, enterprise digital, and commercial.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $129,600 - $286,500 plus bonus eligibility.
