BUUK Infrastructure is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing for the GTC brand and business. You will define and execute the marketing strategy, from brand positioning to hands-on delivery across digital channels and product marketing, to support our ambitious growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the overall B2B and B2B2C marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals.
- Develop Account-Based Marketing plans for key housebuilders.
- Lead brand positioning, content, digital and demand generation.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and marketing attribution models to monitor performance and ROI.
- Strengthen market positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop brand awareness campaigns that position the GTC business as a category leader.
- Manage GTC PR, thought leadership, and partnership marketing efforts.
- Forge partnerships and alliances to extend reach to customer and influencer groups.
- Own and optimise the demand generation engine through integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, email, paid social), Account-Based Marketing, and content.
- Drive pipeline growth in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring alignment on Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads, and conversion targets.
- Lead go-to-market planning for existing and new product launches and service offerings.
- Develop sales enablement materials with Marketing Services, such as case studies, and customer advocacy programmes.
- Use customer insights and data to inform messaging, positioning, and engagement.
- Work closely with teams across the business to ensure that marketing activity is aligned, insight-driven and effectively delivered.
- Drive targeted initiatives, key account growth, and new market opportunities.
- Leverage customer insights and competitor analysis to shape messaging and campaigns.
- Maximise event ROI and industry visibility through speaking opportunities, partnerships, and memberships.
- Oversee integrated campaigns across web, social, email, paid media, and PR, including development of digital and online assets.
- Ensure SEO optimisation, content development, and CRM/Marketing Cloud data integrity.
- Maintain brand consistency.
- Support supplier-managed activities for photography and printing.
What We're Looking For
- A degree-level qualification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
- Extensive experience in B2B and B2B2C marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand growth.
- Strong experience in conventional and in the latest digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (GA4).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-savvy, commercially minded, and growth-oriented.
- Experience managing budgets and marketing operations.
- A self-starter with a passion for marketing from strategy through to hands-on execution.
- Ability to generate results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with an understanding of how to translate customer needs into meaningful, actionable propositions.
- Conceptual thinker, analytical mindset, and results-driven.
Nice to Have
- An MBA with a Marketing focus would be a distinct advantage.
- Successful delivery of marketing strategies which showcase the business's alignment with sustainable solutions and ESG goals.
- Ideally, experience in B2B marketing will include exposure to the residential new-build or construction sector.
- An understanding of the competitive landscape within utilities infrastructure would be advantageous.
