Key Responsibilities
- Build and guide a team of User Researchers, supporting their development and aligning with broader research leadership on discipline-wide strategy
- Define the research agenda by identifying critical knowledge gaps and aligning efforts with product and design priorities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to turn insights into actionable strategies that influence product and business decisions
- Strengthen collaboration across Design, Product, and Data Science, advocating for users with clarity and impact
