LIV Golf is seeking a Senior Manager, Travel & Logistics to oversee the successful operations of lodging procurement, reservations, and travel facilitation for all groups involved with the LIV Golf League. You will be instrumental in supporting the event team on the execution of global events.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and ensure travel to LIV Golf tournaments globally is executed on schedule and budget with the highest levels of quality and compliance.
- Set goals and objectives for the division that are in alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and host educational presentations relating to travel policy and preferred standards.
- Provide oversight and management of the Travel Management Company.
- Track drop dates to avoid penalties and charges associated with unused room blocks.
- Manage payment processes; set up payment process with each hotel and issue payment links to external partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill hotel needs, such as childcare, board rooms, conference space, room drops, and breakfast.
- Drive compliance towards online booking, advance ticket purchasing, lowest logical airfare, and the use of preferred suppliers.
- Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with Travel Management Companies, Airlines, and Hotels.
- Compile all travel and logistics information into travel packages and centralized communication platforms.
- Support transportation plans at all events and coordinate with local providers.
- Work with the Event Experiences team to deliver an elevated travel experience and special touches for all stakeholders.

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
- High level of detail orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- An adaptable problem solver and multi-tasker.
- Ability and willingness to undertake global travel as required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, or other GDS distribution systems.
- Experience with project management software such as Monday.com or Asana.
