About the Role

AlphaSense is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our global Sales hiring function. In this dedicated people leadership role, you will be the primary talent partner for VP and SVP-level Sales leaders in the Americas, shaping a strategy that directly drives revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and shape global Sales hiring strategy in close partnership with senior revenue leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead and develop a global Sales recruiting team, including 2–5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) and a Recruiting Manager overseeing EMEA/APAC, driving performance, accountability, and consistency across regions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, providing market insight and hiring counsel.
  • Establish structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks globally.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines.
  • Personally execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires.

Team & Environment

You will directly manage a team supporting the Americas and oversee a Recruiting Manager responsible for EMEA and APAC hiring. Your total team consists of 2–5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) plus the Recruiting Manager.

  • Compensation: $150,000—$195,000 USD per year

This role is global. AlphaSense operates in the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland.
