Responsibilities
- Create targeted messaging for specific customer personas, based on market dynamics, pain points, product capabilities and desired business results.
- Act as the primary liaison for a designated business unit, coordinating with Product Management and Product Marketing from strategy through launch.
- Work with Content and Demand teams to develop campaigns tailored to buyer personas, including briefs, core messaging and landing page content that boost engagement and conversions.
- Lead and support the rollout of new products and solutions using established launch methodologies and ensuring clear, distinct positioning.
- Translate analyst data and market research into persuasive narratives, content assets and sales tools that enhance sales performance and win rates.
- Partner with Sales and Enablement teams to deliver persona-focused messaging, real-world use cases and proven sales strategies that accelerate deal progression and close, including expansion within current customers.
