Responsibilities
- Create targeted messaging for specific customer personas by leveraging market trends, buyer pain points, product capabilities, and desired business outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison for a designated business unit, coordinating with Product Management and Product Marketing from product planning through market launch.
- Work with Content and Demand Generation teams to develop campaigns focused on buyer personas, including campaign briefs, core messaging, and landing page content to boost engagement and conversions.
- Lead and support the rollout of new products and solutions using established launch methodologies, ensuring clear and distinct positioning at the solution level.
- Translate analyst findings and market intelligence into persuasive narratives, content assets, and sales tools that enhance sales team confidence, consistency, and success rates.
- Partner with Sales and Enablement teams to deliver tailored messaging, real-world use cases, and repeatable sales strategies that help teams identify, advance, and close deals, including cross-selling to current customers.
