Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a sustainable technical sales strategy in collaboration with regional and country sales leaders to expand pipeline growth and revenue for the Developer Platform.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Architects, ensuring they function effectively as regional leads and trusted technical advisors.
- Act as the main point of contact between executive leadership, Product Management, and Product Marketing to synchronize objectives and communicate data-backed value propositions and customer success stories.
- Oversee the yearly budget and make strategic decisions on resource distribution to ensure team readiness in meeting customer demands and organizational targets.
- Assist team members in articulating technical and business value to C-Level stakeholders at key customer organizations.
- Supervise the development of an efficient feedback mechanism between field teams and internal departments to inform product roadmap adjustments using customer insights and competitive analysis.
