Johnson Controls Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager – Solution Development to serve as a subject matter expert. In this role, you will enable the sales organization to achieve its yearly plan by increasing the win rate in opportunities for Building Management Systems, Fire detection & Suppression, and Security & Access Control. You will collaborate early with consultants and customers to influence specifications.

What You'll Do

Collaborate early with consultants or customers to assist in system design and RFP documentation, proactively influencing specifications.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide competent suggestions on solutions including iBMS, FAPA, Access Control, and CCTV.
Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and schematics to optimize solutions for the sales team.
Provide technical feedback to the sales team once a tender is released.
Gather market feedback and provide inputs to senior management on issues affecting customer satisfaction.
Network with Global Products teams and third-party OEMs to arrange necessary internal training.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with third-party OEMs through continuous engagement.
Deliver technical presentations on Control, Fire, and Security solutions to customers and consultants.

What We're Looking For

A B-tech or B.E. in Engineering in Electrical or Electronics & Communication.
8-10 years of experience in the design and development of CFS (Control, Fire, Security) solutions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Nice to Have

3-year diploma holders with 10-12 years of experience in a similar field will also be considered.
Hands-on experience in designing or optimizing ELV systems.
