Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to optimize the effectiveness of the sales organization. In this remote role, you will lead sales planning, budgeting, and analytics to directly support revenue growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and management of annual sales budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Conduct sales capacity planning and create hiring plans in partnership with HR and leadership.
- Design, document, and optimize end-to-end sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and KPIs, delivering actionable insights.
- Design and administer sales compensation and incentive plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage territory design and quota setting to maximize productivity and market coverage.
- Implement accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
- Establish and enforce sales operations governance, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales operations workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations roles.
- Proven expertise in managing sales budgets, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Experience creating and executing sales hiring plans.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Expertise in Salesforce, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity and operational excellence.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting tools like Clari and project management platforms (Asana, Monday) is a plus.
