Smartkündigen OHG is hiring a (Senior) Consultant Projektmanagement (w/m/d) to take on independent leadership for complex industrial projects in plant and mechanical engineering. You will ensure time, cost, and quality goals across all project phases, working both nationally and internationally.

What You'll Do

Independently steer and lead complex industrial projects in machinery and plant engineering.
Ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met throughout all project phases.
Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams, liaising with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
Develop project strategies, risk analyses, and corrective action plans for deviations.
Further develop and implement project management standards and tools in a technical environment.
Provide expert support during acquisition processes and present technical expertise to clients.

What We're Looking For

Successfully completed degree in engineering, business, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of relevant professional experience managing (large-scale) projects in an industrial or consulting environment.
Proven expertise in technical project management, particularly in machinery and plant engineering.
Ambitious, assertive personality with an interest in complex industrial projects.
Structured, analytical, and networked thinking with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Negotiation-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel for project assignments.

Nice to Have

Strong user knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is desirable.
