Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Regional Group Manager to lead a dynamic sales team and manage strategic dealer relationships across multiple territories. In this role, you will drive incremental revenue through consultative selling and deep cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Strategic Solutions Managers across several territories while maintaining personal responsibility for key accounts.
- Provide weekly performance reports and monthly business reviews to stakeholders; ensure Salesforce data is current, accurate, and actionable.
- Coach Dealer Relations team members on effective sales strategies, including personalized approaches and impactful QBRs.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership on territory planning and pipeline forecasting.
- Drive upsell opportunities and contract enhancements through a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and align solutions that enhance retention and performance.
- Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the value of our solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in solution-based sales, including team leadership.
- Proven success in exceeding sales and retention quotas.
- Strong skills in project management, CRM systems, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong financial and business acumen; results-driven and detail-oriented.
- Must reside within an optimal territory near a major airport and be willing to travel up to 50%.

- Experience in auto retail is highly preferred.
