As the Senior Manager, Regional Sales, you will lead a team of Territory Account Managers across Florida, guiding the regional rollout of a novel mental health treatment. Your focus will be on building a performance-driven, supportive sales culture rooted in accountability and continuous development.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and manage a field sales team, setting clear performance goals tied to product launch milestones
- Ensure team readiness on clinical data, patient identification strategies, treatment protocols, and care delivery logistics
- Develop strong relationships with psychiatrists, behavioral health systems, treatment centers, and academic institutions
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Training teams to align field execution with broader commercial goals
- Analyze regional sales performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve outcomes
- Coach team members regularly to strengthen clinical messaging and consultative engagement with providers
- Manage territory design, forecasting, and regional budget planning
- Provide frontline insights to shape brand strategy and optimize launch tactics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8–10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with at least 5 years in sales leadership
- Proven track record launching specialty or neuroscience products
- Direct experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets
- Familiarity with therapies requiring site certification, REMS, or specialized administration
- Experience engaging Integrated Delivery Networks, academic centers, and specialty care sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience building teams in pre-launch or startup biotech environments
Work Mode
This role is based in Florida, with preferred locations including Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa. Remote work within the state is supported.
