Baker Hughes is hiring a Senior Manager, Power Platform to lead the strategic planning, execution, and governance of initiatives that drive digital transformation. You will enable a modern, collaborative, and productive workplace by aligning Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities with business needs.

What You'll Do

Lead the Modern Work Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing a portfolio of initiatives across Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Viva) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Define and execute the modern workplace strategy in partnership with IT, HR, Communications, and business stakeholders.
Drive program governance, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability of solutions built on M365 and Power Platform.
Champion user adoption and change management, leveraging data-driven insights to improve engagement and productivity.
Manage a team of program managers, analysts, and platform specialists; provide coaching, performance management, and career development.
Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for modern work initiatives, reporting progress to executive leadership.
Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and industry trends to inform strategic planning and innovation.
Demonstrate and lead employees to exhibit Baker Hughes core values of Grow, Collaborate, Care, and Lead.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Finance, Business or High School Diploma/GED with 10-years of equivalent job experience.
Minimum 5-years overall experience in Information Technology or business developing and deploying digital solutions, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform capabilities.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital workplace programs.
Strong understanding of change management, governance, and user experience design.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Legal authorization to work in designated countries is required.

Nice to Have

Certifications such as PMP or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900) are a plus.
