Baker Hughes is hiring a Senior Manager, Power Platform to lead the strategic planning, execution, and governance of initiatives that drive digital transformation. You will enable a modern, collaborative, and productive workplace by aligning Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities with business needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Modern Work Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing a portfolio of initiatives across Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Viva) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Define and execute the modern workplace strategy in partnership with IT, HR, Communications, and business stakeholders.
- Drive program governance, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability of solutions built on M365 and Power Platform.
- Champion user adoption and change management, leveraging data-driven insights to improve engagement and productivity.
- Manage a team of program managers, analysts, and platform specialists; provide coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for modern work initiatives, reporting progress to executive leadership.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and industry trends to inform strategic planning and innovation.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Finance, Business or High School Diploma/GED with 10-years of equivalent job experience.
- Minimum 5-years overall experience in Information Technology or business developing and deploying digital solutions, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform capabilities.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital workplace programs.
- Strong understanding of change management, governance, and user experience design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Legal authorization to work in designated countries is required.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as PMP or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900) are a plus.
