Nanit is hiring a Senior Manager, Performance Creative Strategy to lead creative strategy for our paid media channels, with a primary focus on paid social. This role sets the long-term vision for paid social creative, builds scalable testing frameworks, and develops high-performing direct response creative to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Own Paid Social Creative Strategy: develop and execute creative strategies that drive acquisition and revenue growth across paid social.
- Lead Creative Production: manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept through final asset, including writing high-converting scripts, headlines, and ad copy.
- Evaluate Performance: analyze performance data to inform testing, iteration, and optimization, driving toward paid social CAC goals.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: work closely with the paid social channel manager, collaborate with the Influencer team on UGC, and align with Brand.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, ideally within DTC e-commerce.
- Proven track record developing creative strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Deep expertise in paid social platforms, particularly Meta, including how media buying mechanics influence creative performance.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience crafting high-converting paid social ads.
- Expert-level understanding of paid social channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.

- Base salary of $150,000 to $160,000 plus equity options.
