Apna is hiring a Senior B2B Content Writer to define the voice of our employer-facing brand. You will create sharp, insight-led content that helps SMBs, enterprises, HR leaders, and business owners understand, trust, and choose apna.
What You'll Do
- Develop high-impact long-form content like whitepapers, industry reports, and trend pieces to establish apna as a credible voice in hiring and HR.
- Translate complex data, research, and market trends into compelling narratives for business and HR audiences.
- Own the creation of employer success stories and case studies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Write and refine sales enablement assets including one-pagers, pitch decks, product explainers, and FAQs.
- Craft platform-native content for LinkedIn and other digital channels targeting employers and HR professionals.
- Develop content calendars and copy for organic social media that balances brand storytelling with performance.
- Write targeted email campaigns for employer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
- Create high-converting copy for landing pages, blogs, ads, and other performance marketing assets.
- Contribute to integrated B2B brand campaigns by developing content across multiple formats.
- Support PR efforts with well-crafted press releases, bylines, and spokesperson quotes.
- Partner closely with brand, product marketing, sales, PR, and growth teams to align content with business priorities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across all employer-facing content.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B content writing, brand content, or content marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across thought leadership, social, email, and sales content.
- Strong grasp of B2B content strategy and the ability to translate business goals into compelling narratives.
- Comfortable working with content performance data, research inputs, and audience insights to inform strategy.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across brand, marketing, sales, and PR teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in tech, SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups.
- Demonstrated experience writing for business, HR, or employer audiences.
- A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across long-form, short-form, and performance content formats.
