About the Role
Oversee the development and optimization of Workday as a core people platform, managing system enhancements, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives to improve HR technology efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of Workday HCM to support organizational growth.
- Manage system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday upgrades and releases.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to ensure data integrity and process alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement of Workday functionality through user feedback and analytics.
- Oversee integration between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Workday-related escalations and issues.
- Guide change management efforts for new Workday implementations or updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within Workday configurations.
- Partner with vendors and consultants on technical and functional enhancements.
- Train HR and People team members on Workday features and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Define and track key metrics related to system usage and effectiveness.
- Support audit readiness and documentation for HR systems.
- Lead projects to expand Workday capabilities across global teams.
- Evaluate new Workday modules and functionalities for potential adoption.
- Maintain security roles and access controls within Workday.
- Coordinate with IT on infrastructure and data governance standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing for system changes.
- Develop roadmaps for long-term people product evolution.

- Promote self-service tools to reduce administrative burden.
- Standardize HR processes through system automation.
