EY's Technology Consulting practice is seeking a Senior Manager - Payments Solution Architect. You will be at the forefront of financial technology, helping global clients navigate digital transformation and develop next-generation payment systems. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, resilient, end-to-end client solutions within technology modernization initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Leverage your skills to deliver scalable, resilient, end-to-end client solutions, ensuring designs are robust and meet architectural standards.
- Be involved in the sale of new engagements, contributing content and credibility to propositions.
- Play a key role in the practice by developing junior people and participating in communities of interest across technology and business domains.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in solution architecture, either as a consultant or in an architecture function, with proven experience developing new solutions.
- Extensive experience creating technical solution architecture; ability to layer business domain knowledge into design and act as a conduit between business and technology.
- Deep understanding of modern and emerging technology and ways of working, with the gravitas to engage senior client technology leaders.
- Proven experience delivering business and technology transformation, providing clear guidance for development teams.
- Extensive experience in payments domains within banking, including domestic/international processing, retail, commercial, and wholesale.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment impacting technology organizations.
- Natural curiosity and exploration of other domains such as AI, Gen AI, and Distributed Ledger Technology.
- Prior consulting experience.
