Lead strategic growth through key technology partnerships. As Senior Manager, Partnerships, you’ll shape and execute the strategy behind DailyPay’s collaboration with major HCM platforms, including WorkDay and ADP. Your focus will be on building scalable initiatives that drive revenue, expand market reach, and deepen integration within existing ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic initiatives with top-tier partners, from joint sales enablement to co-marketing campaigns and product integrations
- Drive go-to-market execution by aligning internal teams across sales, marketing, and product
- Measure and report on partnership performance through financial analysis and quarterly business reviews
- Act as the internal champion for partner interests, ensuring alignment across departments
- Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and sales kick-offs
- Build business cases to advance joint opportunities and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Train and equip sales teams to effectively position DailyPay within partner channels
- Collaborate with product teams to identify integration opportunities that enhance market competitiveness
- Maintain strong relationships with partner sales and leadership teams to generate qualified opportunities
- Travel as needed to support relationship development and on-site collaboration
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have at least 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership. You should be skilled in managing complex sales cycles and building cross-organizational alignment. A background in HCM, payroll, or benefits technology is highly beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with existing relationships at ADP or WorkDay.
