The Senior Manager, Partnerships will lead strategic initiatives with WorkDay and ADP to generate leads and monetize DailyPay’s on-demand pay solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth, enable sales, and represent DailyPay at key industry events.
What You'll Do
- Execute strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management for WorkDay and ADP
- Co-develop strategic initiatives with partners including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, etc
- Analyze and review performance of GTM success, including financial analysis and lead QBR sessions
- Build relationships with key sales, marketing, and account management leaders
- Lead strategic enablement and sales initiatives with partners and internal sales leadership
- Represent DailyPay at trade conferences, partner conferences and sales kick-offs (SKOs)
- Build an internal business case and work with key leaders in Sales and Marketing to move initiatives forward
- Consult with Product to identify key extensions and integrations that benefit DailyPay’s business acceleration
- Ensure DailyPay sales teams form deep relationships with each partner post-contract execution
- Collaborate and set the partnership strategy and ensure the team works toward those goals
- Drive demand generation, sales, and co-marketing opportunities with the direct sales organization
- Engage existing channel partners’ sales organizations to drive sales opportunities for DailyPay
- Ensure the team is continuously trained and educated on how to speak about DailyPay as the market, competitive landscape, and product evolve
- Act as a WorkDay and ADP advocate internally at DailyPay and be their voice
- Travel as necessary to manage the business

- Experience implementing and managing strategic growth plans and strategies
- Outstanding organizational and people skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationships and reach resolutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- 7+ years of experience in sales/business development/strategic partnerships
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred
- ADP or Workday executive relationships
- Knowledge of HCM/payroll
- Knowledge of the Benefit Broker Market

Work Mode
